    AI track

    One AI track across every path

    Three statuses, each a short sequence of courses built from the AI features the help center documents today: Field Agents, the Workflow Agent, the AI Control Center and the MCP Server. Seven courses, 420 minutes, 8.4 CPE credits.

    1. AI Navigator

      Use the AI features: where they show up, Field Agents, an assistant through MCP.

      Put agents in workflows: AI administration, Workflow Agents in automations, AI in the GRC suite.

    How it works

    Four steps from sign-up to certified

    Short lessons, a knowledge check in each, a ten-question final per course and one exam at the end of the path.

    1. Pick a pathSix paths by role, or the AI track from any of them. The first course is the same on four.
    2. Learn in short lessonsTen to twenty minutes each, with a knowledge check; stuck, ask about the lesson in the community.
    3. Earn CPE creditOne credit per 50 minutes of instruction; the certificate for each course prints the hours.

    Before the first lesson

    Four things learners ask before they sign up.

    Is the training free?

    Every Platform course is free, in every path. The only paid step is a certification exam, and prep for it is free. Partner training is part of the partner program.

    How does CPE credit work?

    One credit per 50 minutes of instruction, counted in fifths. Every course has knowledge checks and a final at 70 percent; the certificate for the course prints the hours for your professional body.

    How long does a certification last?

    Two years on every exam credential, one year on Certified Consultant. Inside the window you take a short free renewal exam drawn from the releases of the period and the clock restarts. Certificates issued under the earlier free program stay valid as a 2022 edition until 31 Dec 2027, and holders get the new exam free inside that window.
